What our models look like

Girls Circle® addresses conditions and risks and builds on protective factors, for ages 9-18. The Council For Boys and Young Men® promotes a healthy passage through pre-teen and adolescent years, for ages 9-18. Unity Circle is for people of all genders with expansive curricula rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Women's Circle® is for women of all backgrounds to encourage living authentically in mind, body and spirit. Gender responsive and gender expansive circles for cisgender, nonbinary, gender nonconforming and transgender youth/adults wherever they identify.
"I think the most important aspect of this program is that it has provided an outlet for our boys to share their thoughts and feelings, to learn about and support each other to understand that they are not alone in this world."
Graciella Drew, Director of Restorative Practices, Hamstead Hill Academy, Baltimore, MD
